GRADUATE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, GLOBIS UNIVERSITY
We cultivate business leaders who will contribute to creative change and innovation in Asia and Japan.
 
Founded as a private graduate school of management in Tokyo and Osaka in April 2006. (Our graduate school curriculum was based on our own GDBA program, which began in April 2003.)
Number of students enrolled: 78 students in 2006, 103 students in 2007, 128 students in 2008.
We officially became an educational corporation in April 2008.
Our vision is to educate tomorrow's business leaders—what we call “Visionary Samurai”—and become Asia's No.1 business school.

Our course structure:
MBA a la carte system for non-degree students, available starting with just one course.
Standard enrollment period: two years; up to five years under our long-term enrollment system.
Pre-IMBA classes are now available for our International MBA program beginning in April 2009.



GLOBIS MANAGEMENT SCHOOL
Offers opportunities for gaining management capabilities, from basic skills to specialized expertise, in response to the broad range of needs faced by businesspersons.
 
Offers a wide selection of curricula, starting with single-course options (3 months), designed to meet the specific learning objectives of students.
Boasts a total student enrollment over 10,000, including the Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka campuses and distance-learning.
Caters to approximately 550 companies that utilize management training services for their employees.



GLOBIS ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING
We assist in enhancing the ability to adapt to change and achieve sustainable growth by cultivating the human resources of our corporate clients.
 
Contributing to the development of human resources for approximately 250 leading companies annually;
we continually advance our own methodologies based on this extensive and growing track record.
Providing training to approximately 23,000 people annually;
beyond strengthening the skills of each employee, we instill a sense of involvement and encourage improved performance, which ultimately takes root after the programs are completed.
90% of corporate clients who have received our training continue to work with us. Customized training based on management challenges and the strategic contexts of our corporate clients enhance customer satisfaction.

Programs and Projects:
Programs for cultivating next-generation leadership, strengthening conceptual insights, disseminating corporate philosophy, developing leaders for actual business settings, strengthening solution sales competencies, creating new businesses, fostering Management of Technology (MOT) abilities, and so forth.

We support entrepreneurs create successful business by providing organizational capabilities (People),growth funds (Capital) and management expertise (knowledge).
 
• People: Supporting organizational design that enhances
management capabilities and personnel growth, and locating and hiring key personnel.
• Capital: Initial investments to the arrangement of follow-on fundraising, and preparation and execution support for an IPO / M&A event.
